Subway in Metzingen

Just a normal subway. Ideally located, right in the train station. Everything OK. Clean and orderly.

Personnel takes far too long. Doesn't have a specific system like in Reutlingen, waiting times are annoying, in Reutlingen you travel much more flexibly and quickly. Almost missed my train and stood for 15 minutes 🙄.

Unfortunately, the shop was pretty shabby and unfortunately the ingredients in the display don't make the freshest impression either. For that the staff was nice.

Very friendly! Despite a mistake from Lieferando (Subway would not have been online there anymore), I received a call with a very kind apology and the offer to process the order anyway, that's customer loyalty! Top

Very unfriendly insulting customers I waited over 40 minutes for a sub and the sub was cold and bread was definitely of pre-barley no hygiene and respect

Everything wrong with the delivery and then forgotten things, then absolutely no insight was shown and pushed to Lieferando. Worst service I've ever seen!

Worst shop, ordered food for 33Euro, nothing came as requested, half forgotten, then I call to tell them what doesn’t fit, but then I have to discuss with the person on the phone that it’s not subways’s fault, yes it was definitely my mistake in the juice shop to have ordered. The best comes at the end ... I am actually asked what I would do !!!!! I would offer the customer comfort and apologize, and replace his delivery .... unfortunately I'm not on Subways, so I reported to Paypal that it had not arrived, and also said on the phone that I did not want more, the driver can pick up the rest.

Delicious, staff friendly, the toilet opening should be regulated differently

We were there regularly during the lunch break. We never ate there or went to the toilet, so can't comment on the cleanliness here. The conditions behind the counter weren't the best, however. But the worst were the employees: using the cash register with the disposable gloves, then answering the phone and back to the sub is not exactly appetizing. They were also rude, incompetent and bored. Unfortunately, the employees are probably not quite able to read either, because the sauce bottle for the vegan sauce was filled with the Caesar sauce several times. You are happy as a vegan! Likewise, I, who don't like parmesan cheese, often had a sandwich full of it! When we pointed this out to the employees, it was dismissed with an "okay", although I am not sure whether the employee even listened to me. We even reported this to Subway Baden-Württemberg. But there was never an answer ... Today's visit tops that: The boss who served today was in a pretty bad mood. Then suddenly it went sub-like that I've been eating the same way for months, only with extra ingredients and therefore extra costs. The amount of cheese was also a joke, otherwise there is at least double the amount. When I noticed this, I was only vaguely pointed out to other extra costs. My request for more sauce was not accepted, instead the sandwich was packed in a flash. We'll never eat here again!

We were actually regulars here and came 2-3 times a week for lunch. In the beginning everything was fine, but then the descent began: - The shop confused the vegans with the Caesar sauce for a while. We had to throw away a lot of subs (apart from the fact that many vegans unconsciously got a cheese sauce). When asked, the employees reacted very sloppily and never took us seriously. An official request via Subway (as the owner always likes to write here) went unanswered! - The employees are generally unfriendly and very listless - Cleanliness: the shop is not kept really clean. Employees take money with their gloves on and answer the phone, after which they continue the sub. The downfall for us today was the owner: she was extremely rude and sloppy and suddenly she couldn't type in the subs that we had been ordering for months. We have enough and are not coming any more. It's just a shame that we left 300 euros per month there at peak times.

This is a good store and has good prices, especially for travelers by train or bus, as it is located next to the station for trains and buses, and I visited it and bought delicious food from me that kept me hungry and I advise travelers especially to visit the store and they will get the food they want

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Me and my friends bought food worth € 45 but the food should have cost € 20. Loads dirt

Fast delivery, sub was delicious. Everything fitted. Don't understand the bad reviews. * But then I would have to subtract a star because there were no napkins * Irony off. I can not judge the branch because I have not been there yet.

Indescribable feeling when I saw the little rat under my table, the boss laughed and went into the kitchen. Never again, suck! Insolence and very rude. The store should close !!

In my experience, you can not order here and deliver it, unless you want to be surprised what you get. Sure is only one, you never get what you ordered. Have ordered there already a few times and deliver it, was always disappointed. You can not recommend this subway. Rather advise against it.

Typicall Subway's menu. Employee was on phone and took a bit of time to make my order. Slow order process. Only got good service when the manager took over preparing my meal
